Ingredients
Steps
Using a vegetable peeler, carefully shave the frozen steak. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
Heat a pan to medium-high. Add the shaved steak and cook for just a couple of minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
2 minIn the same pan, add diced red bell pepper, onion, and scallions. Season with salt and pepper and sauté. Remove and set aside.
5 minFinely dice the dill pickles and set aside.
Whisk the eggs in a large shallow bowl. Coat 2 rice paper sheets in the egg and place them overlapping slightly in the center on a cutting board.
In a line toward the lower portion of the rice paper, add a quarter of the steak, followed by a quarter of the cooked peppers and onions, some diced pickles, and shredded mozzarella. Fold in the sides, roll forward into a long log, then wrap the log around itself to form a round shape. Repeat to make 4 spirals.
Give each spiral a light coating of the leftover egg, then top with EBTB seasoning and a little mozzarella.
Air fry at 400F for 10 minutes.
10 minFor the optional creamy pickle sauce, process mayo, dill pickles, dijon mustard, pickle brine, a pinch of salt, and fresh cracked pepper until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning.
