Baked Manicotti

Manicotti shells stuffed with a cheese filling, topped with a ground beef and Ragu sauce mixture, and baked until tender.

  1. Combine cheeses, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl; mix well.

  2. Place cheese mixture into uncooked manicotti shells using a narrow rubber spatula.

  3. Place filled shells in a 9"x13" baking dish.

  4. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink, stirring to separate.

  5. Drain off excess fat.

  6. Stir Ragu sauce and water together (mixture will be thin). Pour sauce over the shells.

  7. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 1 hour 15 minutes, until sauce has thickened and shells are tender.
