Garlic Sauce for Steak Tortillas

Ingredients

• 6 clove garlic, fried in olive oil
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 lemon juice, juice of half a lemon

Steps

1. Fry the garlic cloves in a bit of olive oil until golden.

2. Combine the fried garlic with mayonnaise, paprika, oregano, onion powder, and lemon juice.

3. Mix well until smooth and serve with steak tortillas.
